In early August, partner schools across the country host in-person Pathways to Law Teaching workshops for anyone considering a career in the legal academy—from those who are on the market in this year’s Faculty Appointments Services cycle to those who are just beginning to consider their options.

There is no fee to attend these workshops, but please RSVP in advance at the link below. Note: RSVP for the Houston event via the separate form on their webpage.

Who Should Attend

  • Candidates participating in faculty hiring this year who are seeking mentors, advice, and a chance to practice interviewing
  • Law graduates (or even students) who are considering a career in law teaching
  • Individuals who intend to join the faculty hiring market within 1-2 years
  • Candidates with strong ties to particular regions or states

Host schools and their regional partners design their programming at Pathways to Law Teaching Workshops to help educate candidates about the hiring process and offer the opportunity for mentorship. Schedules and opportunities may vary.
