Vermont Law clinic files amicus curiae brief on behalf of pro-GMO labeling groups

VTDIGGER –  Four Vermont groups filed an amicus curiae brief with the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in support of Vermont’s genetically engineered (GE) food labeling law. The Environmental and Natural Resources Law Clinic (ENRLC) at Vermont Law School, which represents the Vermont groups, prepared and filed the brief.

Ave Maria Law holds day of community service

NAPLES HERALD – Ave Maria School of Law welcomed their newest class of students last week. The Class of 2018 is the school’s 16th entering class and the seventh since relocating to Naples in 2009. As part of their annual volunteer commitment these 120 new students spent Saturday volunteering at different locations in Naples.
