UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE SCHOOL OF LAW – Students and faculty at the University of Tennessee College of Law’s Federal Clemency Clinic successfully received clemency for their client, Emlera Quince, 55, who overcame cocaine addiction that led to his arrest and conviction in 1997 and now works in a factory position as head clerk.
