NALP Report: Public service lawyers see slight increase in salary in 2018
ABA JOURNAL — Salaries for public service lawyers continue to slowly increase, but their pay is still below that of lawyers in private practice, according to a salary survey by the National Association for Law Placement.

UVA TODAY — Virginia Law alumni Martha and Bruce Karsh, alumni and philanthropists who met at UVA as law students, announced at a celebratory dinner that they will donate $43.9 million to the Law School. The gift is the largest in the school’s history and makes the Karshes the institution’s first $50 million donors.
