Marshall and Bessie May Hatch Marshall and the brother of Marian Marshall Schumacher.

INDIANA PUBLIC MEDIA — Robert H. McKinney died Sept. 29. The 98-year-old was the namesake of the IU Indianapolis law school. He died at home in Walloon Lake, Mich., with family beside him. Law dean Karen Bravo said in a press release that the IU graduate changed the school.
