University of Nebraska Law establishes Tenant Assistance Project to help residents facing eviction

NEBRASKA TODAY — Richard Moberly, dean of the College of Law, shared the recent work of the Civil Clinical Law program in establishing the Tenant Assistance Project with local non-profits, which paired student and volunteer attorneys with residents facing eviction. “They leveled the legal playing field for tenants during the pandemic,” Moberly said.

Penn Law professor Karen Tani to lead Legal History Consortium

North Carolina Central Law receives gift from Intel to build tech law and policy center and develop in-house counsel pipeline
