Townes L’76 Diversity and Inclusion Student Resource Center. The Resource Center will be housed in the Law Library annex.

UC DAVIS SCHOOL OF LAW — Race, The War on Drugs, and the Collateral Consequences of Criminal Conviction, by Professor Gabriel “Jack” Chin, is cited several times in a recent decision by Washington state’s Supreme Court. The court struck down as unconstitutional Washington’s “strict-liability” drug possession law adopted in the 1950s. Read the decision.
