Georgetown Law Professor Jane Aiken selected as Dean of Wake Forest Law

WAKE FOREST UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW — Wake Forest University has chosen Jane Aiken to become the next Dean of the School of Law. Aiken comes to Wake Forest from Georgetown Law, where she has been a professor and administrator since 2007 and currently serves as the Blume Professor of Law.

University of Virginia Law Supreme Court Litigation Clinic lecturers argue sentencing enhancement case

UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINA SCHOOL OF LAW — The University of Virginia School of Law’s Supreme Court Litigation Clinic will face the justices Wednesday in a case that could affect criminal defendants facing mandatory minimum prison sentences. The high court granted cert in January in Quarles v. University of Tennessee Law women’s student organization honored by university

University of Miami Law LGBTQ group expands network and activities

It also created a network in the greater Miami community and nationally becoming an affiliate of the National LGBT Bar Association.
