Brooklyn Law Corporate and Real Estate Clinic helps close loan to finance energy efficiency improvements for low-income tenants

BROOKLYN LAW SCHOOL — After two and a half years of representation from the Corporate and Real Estate Clinic, a 41-unit building in Williamsburg owned mostly by low-income tenants closed on a $2.2 million loan. The loan will finance energy efficiency improvements and needed upgrades, including new windows, a new roof, and solar panels.

Harvard Law clinics publish report on internet restrictions in Myanmar and Bangladesh

University of Iowa Law Native American Leadership Academy trains next generation of legal professionals
