University of New Mexico Law clinics co-file lawsuit on behalf of Native American tribes to protect clean water in state
UNM NEWSROOM — The Pueblo of Laguna and Pueblo of Jemez filed a federal lawsuit to protect clean water in New Mexico. The lawsuit, filed against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in the U.S. District Court for New Mexico, challenges the Trump Administration’s Navigable Waters Protection Rule.
