LAW.COM — A number of elite law schools have in recent months bolstered their Loan Repayment Assistance Programs for graduates who go into public interest and government law jobs. Harvard Law School, Columbia Law School and New York University School of Law have since the summer announced improvements to their existing programs.

University of Virginia Law alumni and students help win injunction requiring health care at women’s prison

UVA TODAY — Alumni and students of the University of Virginia School of Law were on the legal team that on Wednesday won an injunction against officials at Virginia Department of Corrections. The ruling will force the Fluvanna Correctional Center for Women to provide adequate health care to its prisoners.
