POLITICO — Duke Law Professor Jesse McCoy II ,who was raised in public housing, launched a new initiative to reduce eviction filings in Durham County, North Carolina. The diversion program, a partnership between Duke Law’s Civil Justice Clinic and Legal Aid of North Carolina, helps keep residents from falling further behind in paying their rent.
