PALM BEACH NEWS DAILY — Scarpa, former chairman and co-founder of the American Cellular Network Corporation, and his wife Jana are the donors of a $5 million gift to name a center for law and entrepreneurship at Villanova’s law school.

Iowa Supreme Court drops basic-skills course requirement
