Mitchell Hamline Law alumnus wins case over client’s jail fees

MITCHELL HAMLINE SCHOOL OF LAW — After graduation, Mitchell Hamline Law alumnus Brandt Devich ’16 worked on a case he was assigned in the Legal Assistance to Minnesota Prisoners clinic. Devich represented a man who was charged $25 a day while he was locked up in Martin County Jail in southern Minnesota.
