Case Western Reserve alumna wins arbitration award for her father and railroad workers

CASE WESTERN RESERVE UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW – Carla Tricarchi ’82, a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law, won an arbitration award totaling $14.7 million in damages to a group of 32 railroad workers who lost their jobs and benefits during a merger 44 years ago.
