Miami Law alumna Hilarie Bass named president-elect of American Bar Association

UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI SCHOOL OF LAW – Hilarie Bass ’81, co-president of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, was named president-elect of the American Bar Association at their 2016 Annual Meeting in San Francisco. As a litigator, Bass led the effort to overturn Florida’s ban on gay couples adopting children in Florida.
