WSILTV.COM — House Bill 163 includes two major changes to how law enforcement is conducted in Illinois. First, cash bail would almost entirely be eliminated. STANFORD LAW SCHOOL — Stanford Law Professor Deborah Rhode was a legal ethics pioneer, prolific scholar, and friend and mentor to countless. Deborah L. Rhode, the Ernest W. McFarland Professor of Law and director of the Center on the Legal Profession at Stanford University died on Friday, Jan. 8. She was 68 years old.

University of Wisconsin Law professor Linda S. Greene nominated as next dean of Michigan State University Law

Greene as the inaugural dean of the MSU College of Law following its transition from an affiliate to a Michigan State University constituent college in the summer of 2020.
