Carly Griffith Hotvedt (Cherokee Nation) J.D., M.P.A., will serve as the organization’s interim executive director.

Duke University Law selects Jesse McCoy to be director of the Civil Justice Clinic

DUKE LAW — Jesse McCoy, the clinic’s supervising attorney, will succeed retiring founding director Charles Holton. As an attorney at Legal Aid of North Carolina, McCoy was involved with the Civil Justice Clinic in its earliest days. He joined the Duke Law faculty in 2017.
