Lehigh University apologizes for plagiarizing antiracist statement from another university

INSIDE HIGHER ED — William Gaudelli, dean of Lehigh University’s College of Education, apologized for a recent college memo that included sections from a course description from another university, without attribution. The plagiarized memo was “unacceptable and inexcusable,” Gaudelli wrote in a message to faculty and staff members.

University of Richmond Law to host Law, Race, and Power speaker series

University of Connecticut Law announces fund to support diversity and social justice initiatives

UCONN TODAY — A new fund, named for the law school’s first Black female graduate, will provide broad support for diversity and social justice initiatives at the UConn School of Law. The Constance Belton Green Diversity Fund will be available to sponsor and sustain events, scholarships, fellowships for students and faculty, and other programs.
