Stanford Law adds Constitutional and federal judiciary scholar Fred O. Smith Jr. to the faculty

STANFORD LAW SCHOOL — Stanford Law School announced today that Fred O. Smith Jr., JD ’07, has joined the faculty as a professor of law. A leading voice on constitutional law, civil procedure, and the federal judiciary, Smith returns to the school where, as a first-year student, he set his sights on a career in academia.
