The workshop will address key issues and best practices for faculty hiring, including committee structure, screening interviews, and on-campus call back interviews for candidates. The workshop also will provide an overview of the video interviewing/scheduling platform that will be used for the virtual AALS Faculty Recruitment Conference on September 16 through 18. Previous participants have found this workshop useful for connecting with other hiring committees and preparing for the faculty hiring season in the absence of an in-person hiring conference.
