IU McKinney Becomes New ASIL Academic Partner
09/21/2015
The Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law has entered into an academic partnership with the American Society of International Law (ASIL), effective through August 31, 2016.
The ASIL partnership makes it possible for the law school’s students, faculty, and staff to receive a 50 percent discount on membership to the organization. Students also can receive complimentary registrations to the 2015 ASIL Research Forum October 23 and 24 in Washington, D.C.
“This initiative reflects the law school’s commitment to international law opportunities for our students," said Associate Dean for Graduate Studies and International Affairs Karen Bravo. "Students will receive a 50 percent discount on their membership, free access to the ASIL Research Forum, and access to ASIL’s member-only international job board.”
ASIL maintains strong relationships with the academic community by providing access to eight international law publications, including the award-winning American Journal of International Law. It also hosts the world’s largest gathering of international law experts through its annual meeting, slated for March 30 through April 2 in Washington, D.C.
