"Can the President do that?": New book from UW professors answers the question

SEATTLE -- Do you remember all of the bullet points from your high school history class? University of Washington law professors, Lisa Manheim and Kathryn Watts, have dealt with an outcry of questions over the past year in regards to what the President of the United States can and can't do on a legal level. In an effort to expose some knowledge where the curiosity lies, they decided to write and release a new book called, "The Limits of Presidential Power."
