Lewis & Clark Law Reviews Publish New Volumes

Three law reviews for animal law, environmental law, and multi-subject publish compelling editions.

With each new leadership for the 2021-2022 school year, Animal Law Review, Environmental Law Review, and Lewis & Clark Law Review have produced their latest publications.

Led by Editors-in-Chief Cindy Lundt ’22 and Rohan Hiatt ’22 Animal Law Review (ALR) released their newest publication on October 19th. The publication is ALR’s 1st Issue of their 27th Volume. Articles range from discussions of nonhuman animal victims in federal crime prosecutions to insights into Quebec’s animal law reform.

Led by Editor-in-Chief Jordan Lee ’22, Environmental Law Review (ELR) released their most recent publication on October 14th. The publication is ELR’s 3rd Issue of their 51st Volume. Articles range from discussions on the impact of climate change on the food sector to climate resilience within electric utilities.

Led by Editor-in-Chief Victoria Muirhead ’22, Lewis & Clark Law Review (LCLR) released their most recent publication in September. The publication is LCLR’s 3rd Issue of their 25th Volume. Articles range from discussions of inadequate asylum laws for child soldiers to the regulatory failure of e-cigarettes. LCLR’s next issue will be published in December.
