Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2018 AALS Annual Meeting! As of Tuesday, December 19, the Exhibit Hall is sold out. We are no longer accepting applications. We hope you will plan to join us in New Orleans for the 2019 Annual Meeting. Booth reservations will open in early February 2018.

Booth Cost: $2,395 Per Booth

  • 1 booth 10′ x 10′ – $2,395 (100 square feet)
  • 2 booths 10′ X 20′ – $4,790 (200 square feet)
  • 3 booths 10′ X 30′ – $7,185 (300 square feet)
  • 4 booths 10′ X 40′ – $9,580 (400 square feet
  • 6 booths 20′ X 30′ – $14,370 (600 square feet)
  • 8 booths 20′ X 40′ – $19,160 (800 square feet)

Deadlines:
Booth Reservation: Friday, November 3, 2017
Insurance Forms: Friday, December 8, 2017

Guidelines: AALS requires full payment with the submission of the exhibitor application. Insurance forms must also be submitted. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority going to AALS 2018 sponsors and renewing exhibitors. AALS will make every effort to provide exhibitors with their first choice. However, if this is not possible, we will assign a proximate space. Booths reserved after November 3, 2017 are not guaranteed to appear in print materials.
