Ways to Register and Forms of Payment

Register online using our convenient Individual or Group Registration systems; pay with Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX. You may also register by check or credit card using a paper registration form. To ensure the security of payment information in accordance with Payment Card Industry Association standards, email registration is no longer available.

On-Site Registration

For all registrations received after April 18, 2017 there is an additional on-site charge of $50. Plan to register on-site if your paper registration form cannot arrive at AALS by the April 18 deadline. AALS accepts cash, personal or school checks, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa on-site at the conference.

Registration Confirmation

For online registrations, two email confirmations are automatically generated and received within a few minutes. There is also an opportunity to send secondary email confirmations in both the Individual and Group Registration systems. For paper forms—including mailed check payments—email confirmations will be sent after the registration process has been completed. Cancellation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded in full for written cancellation requests received by April 18, 2017 at A refund of all registration fees, less a $50 processing fee, will be given for cancellation requests received April 19 thru April 28. Cancellations received after this date, as well as no-shows to the Annual Meeting, are not eligible to receive refunds of registration fees.
