- Awarded degrees are: Specialist of Law,Master of Law The usual period of study is 5 years- full-time education students and 6 years – distance education students.
- The University has a clinical program.
- The admission requirements are entrance test in the form of test assignments in basic of Law, Ukrainian language and literature and foreign language.
- The number of admitted students is 250 full-time education students and 225 distance education students each year.
- The number of graduate students is 470-475 each year.
- The University charges tuition fees to 50% of full-time education students and to 90% distance education students.
- The University has a separate law library with 42.000 volumes.
- The University Library has 40.000 law related volumes.
- The library does not provide computer terminals for students.
Process from Law School to practice:
Generally Diploma is the basic for a law school graduate to become a fully licensed member of the Bar. The only exception is for judges, barristers and solicitors who must take additional state exam.

- Awarded degrees are: Bachelor in Law – 4 years; Master in Law – 5.5 years;
- The University has a clinical program.
- The admission requirements are secondary education and passing the entrance examinations.
- The number of admitted students is 400 of stationary education, 150 for distance education, and 100 for obtaining another higher education (persons who already have higher non-legal education).
- The number of graduate students – most everybody of the admitted students graduate from the university.
- The University charges tuition fees to students.
- The number of full-time faculty – 138
- The number of part-time faculty – 9
- The University has a separate law library with 5.000 volumes. The University Library has 500.000 law related volumes.
- The library provides 100 computer terminals.
Process from Law School to practice:
To become a fully licensed member of the Bar the law school graduate needs to have postgraduate practical experience of at least two years and to pass the special examination in the Bar.

- The University has a clinical program.
- The admission requirements are: completed full secondary education and passing entrance examinations.
- The number of admitted students is 1.900 full-time and 1.900 part-time each year.
- The number of graduate students is more than 2.500 each year.
- Tuition: 83% of students study free of charge, 17% pay for their education.
- The number of full-time faculty – 511 persons
- The number of part-time – 49 persons
- The University has a separate law library with 1.000.000 volumes.

Process from Law School to practice:
All students are guaranteed employment after graduation, because the academy has general agreements with the corresponding bodies.
To become a fully licensed member of the Bar a person needs to have a Specialist degree in Law.
In order to become a defense lawyer or notary public additional special examination (arranged by corresponding authority) are required. For judges, Specialist degree in Law and practical experience as a lawyer is required.
In the structure of the academy there is a Professional Judges Training Institute (only Master degree) and Further Training Institute for the staff from courts, prosecutor’s office etc.
