- Awarded degree is degree of lawyer and usual period of study is 5 years.
- The University has a clinical program.
- The admission requirements are general school education (11 years) and 4 entrance examinations.
- The number of admitted students is 320 each year.
- The number of graduate students is 320 each year.
- The University does not charge tuition fees to students.
- The University has a separate law library with 400.000 volumes.
- The library provides 18 computer terminals for students.
Process from Law School to practice:
To become fully licensed member of the Bar is necessary to pass entrance examinations to the Bar after the graduation from the Law faculty.

- Awarded degrees are: Bachelor’s degree – 4 years; Master’s degree – Bachelor’s degree + 1-2 years; Diploma of certified specialist – Bachelor’s degree + 1 year; The University has a clinical program. The admission requirements are: Certificate of secondary education; Entrance exams of History, Russian (Kyrgyz) literature and language, English; application fee is 5$.
- The number of admitted students is 300 each year.
- The number of graduate students is 250-300 each year.
- The University charges tuition fees to students.
Process from Law School to practice:
Every year the Law Faculty sends students to all law-enforcement institutions such as court, police, firms and various organizations for legal practice, where heads of these establishments by their requests and of the presence of vacant positions could invite graduates to their office.
There are following requirements for each position:
- Crime (criminal) investigator: you must have 6 months internship in any law-enforcement institution.
- Barrister (advocate): 2-year work experience and age requirement.
- In general, law states requirements for every position.
- In order to get the required experience student works as an assistant for the first time, for which he does not need any passed exams.

- Awarded degrees are: Baccalaureate (Bachelor of Laws) – 4 years; Magistratura – 2 years; Aspirantura (post graduate study of Law) – 3 years;
- The University has a clinical program.
- The admission requirement for undergraduate training is completed secondary education confirmed with Certificate/Diploma recognized for admission to national universities.
- The number of admitted students is about 180-200 for Baccalaureate and about 100 for Magistratura each year.
- The number of graduate students is about 270-290 (LL.B. and LL.M.) each year.
- The University charges tuition fees to students.

- The University does not have a separate law library.
- The University library contains about 4950 volumes of the textbooks and about 1000 volumes of the researches.

Process from Law School to practice:
A law school graduate makes an application to the Moscow Bar. If graduate passed bar examination he/she could practice law as an assistant of the advocate. After one year of trainership he/she obtain the right to work as a fully licensed member of the Bar.
