• Awarded degree is lawyer, and the usual period of study is 5 years.
• The University has a clinical program.
• The requirements for admission are: high school degree; approval of state examination; personal interview;
• The number of admitted students is 200 each year.
• The number of graduate students is 80-100 each year.
• The University charges tuition fees to students.
• The number of full-time faculty – 35
• The number of part-time faculty – 305
• Law School does not have separate law library. They manage a complementary documentation center. University library has 25.000 law related volumes plus legal databases with thousands of documents.
• The library provides more than one hundred computer terminals for students.

Process from Law School to practice:

According to Columbian legislation, the “Lawyer” title is enough (after a simple registration process) to allow legal practice without limitation. In Columbia it is not compulsory to become member of a BAR.
