- Awarded degree is lawyer, and the usual period of study is 5 years.
- The University has a clinical program.
- The requirements for admission are: high school degree; approval of state examination; personal interview;
- The number of admitted students is 200 each year.

- Law School does not have separate law library. They manage a complementary documentation center. University library has 25.000 law related volumes plus legal databases with thousands of documents.

Process from Law School to practice:
According to Columbian legislation, the “Lawyer” title is enough (after a simple registration process) to allow legal practice without limitation. In Columbia it is not compulsory to become member of a BAR.
