To download a PDF file containing the workshop registration form you must have the Adobe Reader program, which may already be on your computer. If not, you can download it for free from Adobe.

Complete the conference registration form and send it with payment of the registration fee to AALS. AALS accepts MasterCard, Visa and checks (made payable to AALS) for payment of registration fees. If you are paying with MasterCard or Visa, you may fax your form to AALS at (202) 872-1829. If you are paying by check, please mail the form and check directly to AALS Conference on New Ideas, 1201 Connecticut Avenue, N.W., Suite 800, Washington, D.C. 20036-2605. Registration fees per person are $515.00 USD for faculty of AALS member and fee-paid schools, and $590.00 USD for faculty of non-fee-paid schools. There is an “Early Bird” discount of $50.00 USD if your registration is received in the AALS National Office by May 9, 2001. In addition, a faculty discount of $75.00 USD is offered to the second and third faculty members and $125.00 USD is discounted to the fourth and subsequent faculty members from the same school who pay for registration to this conference.

Please note that payment is necessary for admission to the conference. A confirmation letter for your paid registration will be mailed. If you have not received a confirmation letter, call AALS Registration at (202) 296-8851, ext. 235, to verify your registration. If your form with payment has not arrived at AALS by May 30, 2001 it will be necessary for you to register on-site. There is an additional charge of $50.00 USD to register on-site. AALS accepts cash, personal checks, school checks, MasterCard and Visa for on-site payment for the conference.

AIRLINE DISCOUNT

AALS is pleased to announce that it has been able to secure special discount agreements with Air Canada. These fares are valid for travel from June 6 through June 16, 2001. Reservations can be made by you or your professional travel consultant.

Air Canada offers a 5% discount off the regularly low published excursion fare and up to 35% off the full hospitality class fares. An additional 5% off will apply for all Air Canada published fares, when tickets are purchased at least 60 days in advance of departure. Frequent flyer miles will accumulate on Air Canada’s Aeroplan, United Airlines Mileage Plus or any other Star Alliance frequent flyer program. Certain rules and conditions will apply.
