Workshop on Clinical Legal Education When and Where? Law Clinic Directors' Workshop. The meeting for Clinical Directors will begin with a reception on Tuesday, May 13 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting reconvenes on Wednesday, May 14 at 8:45 a.m. continuing until 4:00 p.m. There will be a luncheon at 11:45 a.m.
Workshop on Clinical Legal Education. The workshop will begin on Wednesday, May 14 with registration at 2:00 p.m., small group discussions at 5:00 p.m. and a reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by two and one half days of plenary sessions and small group discussions. The workshop will conclude at 1:45 p.m. on Saturday, May 17. In addition to the program sessions, there will be luncheons on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and receptions on Wednesday and Thursday. The workshop sessions and sleeping accommodations will be at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver, 655 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The room rate is CAD$217.00 for single or double occupancy. This rate is subject to a nightly 7% goods and services tax and 10% provincial sales tax. Vancouver International Airport is fourteen miles from the hotel and is served by major airlines. The Airporter provides shared bus service from the airport to the hotel every 20 minutes from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and every 30 minutes from 9:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The fare is CAD $12.00 per person one-way or CAD $18.00 per person roundtrip. The Airporter bus is located on the International and Domestic Arrivals Level curb. No reservations required.
