Section on Pro Bono and Public Service Opportunities
The purpose of the Section on Pro Bono and Public Service Opportunities is to promote the communication of ideas, interests and activities among members of the Section and to make recommendations to the Association on matters concerning Pro Bono and Public Service Opportunities.

Any employee of a law school that is either a member school or a fee-paid school of AALS may sign up for Section mailings at no charge by simply sending an email requesting Section membership to Jan Kulick, AALS Directory Administrator, at jkulick@aals.org. By signing up, you will receive the Sectionís newsletter and other mailings.

The Section also has a listserv where information is shared and requests are posted. If you would like to join the listserv, please visit: http://majordomo.lls.edu/cgi-bin/lwgate/AALS-PROBONO/.

Faculty and professional staff at member schools are eligible to vote and hold office in the Section. Those at non-member schools are welcomed to receive mailings, attend meetings, serve on committees and comment on the listserv.

Additional information on the Section can be found in its Bylaws.
