If their home institutions do not reopen for the Spring semester, we will accommodate the students for that semester on the same terms as well; if the home institutions do reopen but consent to continuing visiting status, we will consider requests to remain at that point. William Mitchell College of Law
St. Paul, MN

We can accommodate students from Tulane or Loyola NO for fall or the full year.

They should be upperclass students in good standing at their home institution.

We will accommodate students in classes that have space available. It is not possible to set a limit on the total number of students we can accommodate. That will depend primarily on course interests of the students and space available in specific courses.

We will eventually need confirmation from the home school that the student is in good standing there and has permission to visit, but will allow students to begin their study without requiring the normal documentation.

We will not charge tuition and will leave it up to the students and their home schools to determine what tuition should be paid by the students to their home schools.

Contact Dean of Students and Student Life, Dan Thompson at 651-290-6362, or Symmonie Preston at 651-290-6397.
