Subject: Recently Filed Amicus Briefs

 

The AALS has recently filed amicus briefs in two cases brought against law schools challenging their admissions policies. In Hopwood v. Texas the AALS was represented by Bob Burgoyne, Fulbright & Jaworski. In Gratz v. Bollinger the AALS was represented by Walter Dellinger, O'Melveny & Myers. Both briefs will be on the AALS website, www.aals.org, no later than Friday, June 4.
