The purpose of this Deans Memo is to transmit a Faculty Appointments Register (FAR) form that you should have received in August.

The enclosed form was inadvertently omitted from the August FAR distribution through no fault of the candidate, Madeline Robertson. Her form will also be included in the final Faculty Appointments Register distribution before the Faculty Recruitment Conference, which will be mailed to you by the end of next week.
