As many of you know, the AALS has worked closely with the judiciary in efforts to establish uniform, and fair, law clerk hiring policies. Although the AALS was not involved in the recent adoption of the attached policy of the Northern District of Illinois, we are pleased to forward it as well as the cover letter to me from Judge Marvin Aspen.
