SUBJECT: Law School Grading Curves

As some of you may recall, the AALS conducted a survey regarding law school grading curves in March 2003, in connection with planning for the "Joint Working Group Conference on Examining the Landscape of Legal Education and Bar Admissions." The survey results were sent to the National Conference of Bar Examiners for analysis. The attachment is the analysis of the survey responses. The AALS appreciates the work of the NCBE in compiling this data.
