Subject: Endorsement of Law Clerk Hiring Plan

 

The AALS Executive Committee has endorsed the attached "Law Clerk Hiring Plan for 2004." Judge Edwards reports that there is a "huge consensus" in favor of the Plan among the judges. All of us owe a debt of gratitude to Judges Edwards and Becker for their leadership in bringing about this improvement in the law clerk hiring process.
