Subject: Revised Candidate Form

 

Enclosed is the revised paper copy version of one candidate form that originally contained an error. The error, which occurred in the FAR database, caused the candidate’s form to display N/A in line 7(a), Law School Honors, Rank, instead of the candidate’s numerical (9) and percentile rank (Top 6%), which were entered correctly by the candidate. Because the error was determined to be a display issue only, her name has always come up in online searches performed using the “Class percentile rank” search field in the FAR database.

The name and distribution ID number of the candidate is:

Please be sure that this revised form is reviewed and replaces her earlier hard copy form from the first distribution.
