Please note the dates for the 2001 AALS Faculty Recruitment Conference are October 18-20, 2001 at the Marriott Wardman Park in Washington, D.C.

As a result of these earlier dates, the Faculty Appointments Register distribution dates to Recruiters and the deadline dates for submission of FAR forms by Candidates will be:

Candidate Deadline of FAR Form Aug. 10 Aug. 24 Sept. 7

Distribution to Recruiters Aug. 24 Sept. 7 Sept. 21

The memorandum requesting your interviewing room/suite selection will be sent to you a couple of weeks earlier, during the second week of July 2001 with a deadline date for the receipt of your interviewing room/suite request by the second week of August 2001.
