Complete the conference registration form in the brochure (or downloaded from this website) and mail it, along with payment of the registration fee, to AALS Conference on Clinical Legal Education, 1201 Connecticut Avenue, N.W., Suite 800, Washington, D.C. 20036-2605. AALS accepts MasterCard, Visa and checks (made payable to AALS) for payment of registration fees. If you are paying with MasterCard or Visa, you may fax your form to AALS at (202) 872-1829. If you are paying by check, please mail the form and check directly to AALS. Registration fees per person are $315.00 for faculty of AALS member and fee-paid schools, and $390.00 for faculty of non-fee-paid schools.

Please note that payment is necessary for admission to the conference. A confirmation letter for your paid registration will be mailed. If you have not received a confirmation letter, call AALS Registration at (202) 296-8851, Ext. 235, to verify your registration. If your form with payment has not arrived at AALS by April 21 it will be necessary for you to register on-site. There is an additional charge of $50.00 to register on-site. AALS accepts cash, personal checks, school checks, MasterCard and Visa for on-site payment for the conference.

AIRLINE DISCOUNT

AALS is pleased to announce that it has been able to secure a special discount agreement with United Airlines. Reservations can be made by you or your professional travel consultant.

United Airlines offers a 5% discount off the lowest applicable fare and 10% off the unrestricted mid-week coach fares when purchased 7 days in advance. An additional 5% discount will apply when you purchase your tickets at least 60 days in advance of departure. Discounts apply on United, Shuttle by United and United Express. Call United toll free at (800) 521-4041 and refer to the Meeting ID Number 582IC (7 days a week, 7:00 a.m. - midnight EST.) Mileage Plus members receive full credit for all miles flown to this meeting.

Avis and Alamo rental car companies will offer discounts of 10% off the applicable rental rates when reservations are made in conjunction with United Airlines air reservations.

CHILD CARE

Babysitting services can be arranged by calling Professional Nannies at (505) 299-6181. There is an agency fee of between $15.00-$25.00 depending upon the length of service. Rates are $7.00 per hour for one child, $1.00 for each additional child, with a four hour minimum. Reservations must be made at least once week in advance. Neither the Hilton Albuquerque, Fairfield Inn nor AALS recommends these agencies but provides this information for your reference.
