No Strike/Lock Out at San Francisco Hotels During AALS Annual Meeting
On November 21, 2004, San Francisco hotels and the workers' union agreed to a 60-day cooling-off period during which the union agreed not to strike and the hotels agreed not to lock out. Therefore, the AALS Annual Meeting program sessions and events scheduled for January 5-8, 2005 will be held as previously scheduled at the Hilton San Francisco, Renaissance Parc 55 and Hotel Nikko.
