Foreign LL.M. students have special research needs that go largely unmet in most law schools. This panel will discuss how schools can meet the special academic and practice needs of international students, including those who have only had training in civil law systems, those who will work in the United States or other common law countries, and those who will return to work in their home countries. This program follows a morning program on legal writing programs for foreign LL.M. students.
