Developing Writing Programs for Foreign LL.M. Students

Law schools and other institutions have started to develop special writing programs for students who speak English as a second language. This session explores the "best practices" in creating legal writing courses for these students and in providing additional mechanisms to support their academic success. A companion program in the afternoon will consider legal research programs.
