Where is Critical Scholarship Headed?

Critical legal studies, critical race theory, feminism and other forms of critical, or outsider scholarship, have had a major impact on legal thought and legal scholarship during the past several decades. But some observers argue that these movements have run out of steam and no longer have anything useful to contribute. This panel will address the present condition and further direction of critical scholarship.
