A recurring ethics debate among members of the practicing bar and the academy queries whether or not law faculty are preaching unrealistic standards of ethical behavior or teaching functional basics for the ethical practice of law. In few practice arenas is this debate more pointed than it is in Sports Agency. This joint program promises a spirited dialog among several star players in the areas of Sports Law and Ethics.
