As a complement to the overall AALS theme about legal education engaging the world, this program will focus on building partnerships for institutional success, the dynamics of fundraising in challenging economic times, and the fundamentals of advancement programming. Panels covering alumni, communications and development will offer members the opportunity to review tried and true techniques, share new ideas and success stories and network with fellow advancement professionals.

At 4:30 p.m., buses will depart from the 24th Street exit on the Lobby Level of the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel for a reception hosted by Georgetown University. The reception will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

The section program will continue on Friday, January 3.
