2. What kinds of cases, probate code provisions, or reading materials are particularly helpful at encouraging students to consider issues of wealth inequality?

3. What is the most useful way to facilitate wealth inequality classroom discussion about the following topics amongst others:

a. Power to transmit property at death,
b. Estate Taxation,
c. Dynasty Trusts,
d. Spendthrift Trusts,
e. Trust Law & Resource Limits for Government Assistance Benefits, and
f. "Cultural" Capital?
