AALS functions and events of other organizations are scheduled at the Hilton San Francisco and Towers, Renaissance Parc 55 Hotel and Hotel Nikko. AALS Registration and the AALS Exhibit Hall will be located at the Hilton San Francisco and Towers.
The San Francisco Housing Bureau stopped taking room reservations for AALS Annual Meeting registrants as of the close of business, December 21, 2000.
If you need to check the status, make changes to or cancel an existing reservation, wait until December 27, 2000, and then call your hotel directly.
If you do not have a room reservation and wish to make one, you may contact the San Francisco Marriott or Grand Hyatt immediately. Telephone numbers for these hotels are listed.

When calling the hotels, be sure to identify yourself as an AALS Annual Meeting registrant.
Avoid Duplicate Reservations: Making the same reservation by more than one method will result in duplicate reservations and additional charges.
Do not send housing forms to AALS or the San Francisco Housing Bureau. Only your Annual Meeting Registration Form and payment are sent to AALS. You must register for the Annual Meeting in order to be eligible to receive the discounted convention room rate.
