Inside the Library: Technical Services. Janis Johnston will explore what every director needs to know about Technical Services operations. Most directors have experience on the Public Services side, but few know as much as they need to know about Technical Services. Janis will speak from her unique perspective both as a Technical Services veteran and as a new Director.
Outside the Library: Dealing with Outside Constituents In the Law School. The Couldn't Be Farther From Broadway Players will present their take on dealing with outsiders ranging from Deans to adjunct faculty. A moderated discussion will follow the skit.
